Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We use the following courier services (DPD, DHL, ParcelForce, FedEx, UPS) to dispatch your products.

We offer the following shipping rates – you will be asked to select a delivery method at checkout

Standard Delivery: Next working day 

Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 4 PM (Monday to Friday) are processed and dispatched the same day; all orders placed after 4 PM will be dispatched the next day.

All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.

Delivery Address & P.O Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We do not ship to P.O boxes.

International Orders

We currently ship worldwide. International transit time is 3 to 5 working days once dispatched. Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those customs charges. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing the order on our website as the customer charges can be significant sometimes and we are unable to calculate for you. Delivery is to UK mainland addresses. Delivery to states like Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands carry a surcharge or are excluded.

Tracking your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you confirmation email along with Tracking Information. You will be able to track your order directly on the Carrier’s website.
